Squeakers Bar and BBQ
It was an ambitious move for Squeakers Bar and BBQ owners Mike and Barb Miller to buy a smoker that could fit up to 700 pound of meat daily. But having spent years perfecting their fruitwood-smoked barbecue, they knew they would need that much capacity to keep up with demand. Now they spend hours every day smoking turkey, pork, ham, brisket, and chicken, which come paired with two sides or incorporated into smoked Cuban sandwiches, build-your-own pizzas, and barbecue-topped ground-chuck burgers. These have proved so popular, in fact, that the staff now even offers take-home barbecue and meat by the pound out of a drive-thru window.
