In boot-camp sessions, he uses kettebells, which are user-friendly and efficient, and, depending on clients' needs, can focus on sport training and weight loss. Personal-training sessions are also offered and can take place at home, where clients can train in comfort while trying to solve the mystery of what cats do all day.
