Me and my sister had facials. They use high quality products and are very thorough. My sister has very sensitive skin and has to be very careful what she uses. She loved it and didn’t have any issues with the products. I was a little surprised at the 20% gratuity that was automatically added but I would have left a generous tip anyways. That was the only drawback everything else was perfect
