Q:

If the item I want is not $40, it is less am I still able to use the Groupon or do you have to spen the $40 to use it?

emmy l.  asked on  Mar 29, 2013

A:

Hi Emmy - Thanks for the question. You may use the $40 Groupon to buy anything on the site. For example: if the item you want to buy is $25 and you have a Groupon valued at $40, you will not owe any money at checkout and you will lose the $15 extra that you could have used. If the item is $50 you would have to pay $10 more at checkout. Thanks!

Q:

Can you tell me what the lockets/bracelets are made of - sterling or stainless?

Kathy P.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

All lockets and chains (that come with lockets) have nickel-free Rodium plated finish. Charms will vary, depending on the option selected.

Q:

I purchased the $39 for $100 worth of personalized jewelry deal, could I use the value towards purchasing 2 necklaces and the charms that would go in them in. And if so can I do it in one order or would it have to be two orders?

MARY S.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

Hi Mary - thanks for the questions. You can use the Groupon towards anything on our site. If you want to buy two necklaces in the same order that would be fine! Feel free to call over customer support line with any additional concerns or questions! 865-851-2427
