This is a bait and switch. When the two very nice gentlemen finished with the estimate of cost for the services the actual costs was well over $500 over and above the Groupon price.

Arthur called to say he would be running a few minutes late. After he arrived, it was clear his delay was because he does excellent and thorough work. He flushed and sanitized our whole system (and didn't wake up our napping child). Our heater is now clean and clear for the first time in what seems like forever (even though we've had our heater "cleaned" by 2 other companies I found here on groupon). No more morning allergies! Thanks again Arthur

The service was today 7/8/2020 I get the $74 groupon deal which includes Air duct cleaning package with antibacterial sanitation: all supply vents serviced, full-home, three-point HVAC inspection, filter check, mold inspection, one return vent, one main duct, no partial cleaning, dust and debris removed; other services may be required. However I paid an extra $240 because I have 2 extra ducts. So I paid a little over $300.Before I purchased this deal I had purchased with crystal clear in which it was$174. and had canceled when I saw the deal stanley cleaner ducts had. I should have stayed with crystal clear because for $174 you get Service includes: cleaning for unlimited vents, unlimited returns, unlimited main ducts and access panels per single heating/AC system/zone I would have not paid an extra dime for what I paid with stanley cleaners. I'm not to familiar with Central A/C so I didn't know better. The person that did the cleaning was good . So if one is not familiar with something that needs to get done please do your research before hiring someone just so that you understand what you are getting for your money. So now I know.
