Q:

Not sure what an eGift card is. I don't have a smartphone. Can I still print the voucher and bring it into Starbucks for my deal?

Kathleen M S.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

Once you redeem the Groupon, you will be taken to a page with your Starbucks Card eGift. You can simply print that page and take it to Starbucks for use. Please note the Groupon voucher itself would not serve as your eGift. You will need to redeem the Groupon to view your actual Starbucks Card eGift page, which is the one you would need to bring.

Q:

Hiw do we find out which stores are participating in this deal?

Marci S.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

This would be valid at most US Starbucks locations. However, certain Starbucks-branded locations may not permit you to use the Starbucks Card for payment, including some airport, grocery and bookstore locations. For an up-to-date list of stores that accept the Starbucks Card, call 1-800-STARBUC.

Q:

So i have purchased this groupon and have activated it and then transfered the eCard value to my Starbucks card. Does the $10 expire on the card after 9/30/13 and become only $5? or is this considered as "used" if i transfer it to my starbucks card. As in after 9/30/13 would the value on the card still remain as $10? Also... Is groupon still offering the deal where if we refer a certain number of friends to a deal and they purchase it, we get our deal free?

Alvin L.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

As long as you redeem your Groupon on the Starbucks website before the expiration date you will get the full promotional value.

I am sorry, but Groupon does not have a promotion where you can receive your purchase for free. However, i suggest checking out our refer a friend program.

Allison J.  from  Self  replied on  Mar 23, 2013

Q:

It says you can buy one for a friend, however when I tried to do this, it said I could only purchase 1.

Jennifer S.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

This deal is limited to one per person, so no more than one may be purchased, in total.

Joseph G.  from  Groupon  replied on  Mar 23, 2013

Q:

If my husband wants to puchase this deal too, how can he?

David B.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

He would need his own Groupon account with a different credit card attached to it (than the card on your account). And that's it!
