It would work for any US location that accepts eGift cards, but you might want to check with your location of interest to be sure.

Q:

I purchased the Groupon and cannot claim it because I have not been provided with redemption code or PIN? Where do I get this?!??!

Sam D.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

Your Groupon voucher with the redemption code, PIN, and instructions will be in your Groupon account. Due to high volume, processing may take a little more time than usual. You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If it was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts." After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.

For further questions, please contact Groupon support at 1 (888) 375-5777 or via the support contact form. We'll be happy to help.

On your website it states minimum egift card is $15. Does this mean I have to spend an additional $5 on your website to add to this card before I can actually use it?

A:

You do not need to spend anything extra to use this offer. You can simply purchase this Groupon for $5 and redeem it to generate your printable $10 eGift card.

Q:

Not sure what an eGift card is. I don't have a smartphone. Can I still print the voucher and bring it into Starbucks for my deal?

Kathleen M S.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

Once you redeem the Groupon, you will be taken to a page with your Starbucks Card eGift. You can simply print that page and take it to Starbucks for use. Please note the Groupon voucher itself would not serve as your eGift. You will need to redeem the Groupon to view your actual Starbucks Card eGift page, which is the one you would need to bring.
