New York's biggest cynic finds himself in the unlikely job of department store Santa in the new comedy Ho Ho Humbug. This semi-autobiographical tale follows a disillusioned, middle-aged New Yorker who's humiliated when he has to don a red velvet costume and phony beard while holding crying babies amidst a cheesy North Pole backdrop. Is this sardonic Santa capable of suppressing his contempt for the season long enough to collect a paycheck? Or could Macy's Santaland actually make a believer out of him? Ho Ho Humbug stars and was written by Scott Burkell (Broadway's Titanic), and might just become the next holiday tradition.
This show is recommended for ages 13 and older.
