The service was advertised for $56. When I called to schedule it, the company explained the need to also clean the trunk line and quoted us $189 for our one zone heating system. I confirmed that the total price would be $189 after receiving a text that indicated a range for the price. They did not show up on the scheduled date. We rescheduled and the service person arrived. After looking at the system, he then gave us a price of $239 “per trunk line”. I showed him my texts and he talked to the company but they would only do the job for $189 per trunk line, so now the total is $378 + the $56 Groupon! The service person was apologetic but I do not think we got a “deal” using this Groupon.
