Does darker skin pigmentation can be treated with this deal? How effect on whiteheads/mila, darker circle under eyes? If Q-pixel combine with IPL(AFT in Alma) how the treatments should be arranged? Does chemical peel or microdermabration will add benefit to the result(especially for skin type IV and above)? How many years have your equipments been in service? How many Q-pixel do you do each week?

Yes, darker skin can be treated with this deal. When dealing with darker skin, you have to have experience and use caution. Milia can be treated with a tool called a comedone extractor, a topical retinoid cream such as tretinoin, tazarotene, or adapalene or a series of acid peels or microdermabrasion procedures...and this should only be done by a professional. I prefer to do the IPL first followed by the pixel. I use the 515, 540 and 570 depending on skin color. This arrangement in treatment is only my preference. Chemical peel and/or microderm are both great treatments and you get great results, but I would want to do a skin assessment prior to adding these services to the existing Groupon. Skin resurfacing will help to correct the dark circles under the eyes. All of our equipment was purchased in April of 2011 and have upgraded the handpieces in June of this year to get the Q-Pixel. I stay on top of my equipment to always have what I feel is the best for my clients. I average approx 25 pixels per week...Tues - Fri.
