- Nourish combines low intensity strength and conditioning exercises utilizing moves from Yoga, Pilates, body-weight exercises and resistance training using medicine balls, resistance bands and free weights. With a unique set of moves each class you will feel the burn in all the right places to firm and tone head to toe. Also includes customized meal plan.
