" a great professional job. A tad late, but they called to keep me informed. The carpets dried much quicker than other steam cleaning we have used and they didn't have that "crunchy" feeling when you walked on them. Will use them again.

Very disappointed. Had appointment for Monday 10AM - 1PM. Times were confirmed by email on Sunday. Monday at 11:30AM received email saying times were Noon to 3PM. Technician arrived and said he had to have the sprayer repaired. Sprayer did not work still. Had to wait for someone to bring another Sprayer. Company owner called and apologized. Said that I should contact Groupon and ask for my money back.
