About Steel City Parkour
While the definition of parkour is still debated, most can agree that it involves efficient movement, landing techniques, and climbing and jumping. And Steel City Parkour incorporates these elements into their variety of parkour and freerunning classes. The facility is home to a number of parkour obstacles, including two warped walls, a tumble trampoline, and a 16'x14' above-ground foam pit that's over four feet deep, on which both beginners and more advanced athletes can perfect their skills. Experienced coaches oversee all the activity during instructed classes, as well as open-gym sessions where athletes can be a little more independent in their practice.
