Each Workout of the Day—or WOD—draws from a pool of weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell, and conditioning exercises on a given day, all designed to sculpt physiques and improve health at every stage of life.
It won't be easy, but know this, it'll definitely be worth it. Eddie is passionate and loves what he does, and that's the fundamental key that'll make you successful. As a Crossfit newbie, I was hesitant on breaking down form, pace, etc. to avoid injury. Eddie takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and keeps you laughing, smiling, crying (only slightly lol), and motivated the entire time. All I have to say is try it, you won't regret it.
