I arrived to no power to the building. Not their fault, and it did come back on about 5 minutes later. Regarding the oil change service — They didn’t top off even my washer fluid, didn’t check my tire pressure (stating, “We were busy doing other stuff.”), clearly not doing the multi-point inspection as advertised and as is typically performed routinely with an oil change service. I’m honestly nervous that maybe it’ll start leaking oil - like, in the back of my mind I’m thinking - were they negligent enough to under or over tighten the filter, maybe even the plug? While waiting for my vehicle to get done, many conversations were overheard with customers who were dissatisfied with their service and/or price; a surprising amount of arguments in such a short time frame. From this, I can assume my below average experience wasn’t just due to the fact that I came with a Groupon discount (which does happen). Honestly would not recommend or direct anyone I know to Sterling Auto. I love the service I receive at Valvoline and will continue to take my business there.
