Q:

If you were to continue your membership without all access classes, what would it cost per month?

Nick N.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

Hi there, the monthly membership fees vary by location. The best thing to do is visit one of our clubs in person to speak with one of our membership consultants. Unfortunately I do not have pricing information on hand.

Q:

is this offer valid for people who have used a past groupon or trial membership but aren't actually members yet?

Charissa C.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

If you have used an 8 day pass you may use the Groupon but not if you have purchased a Groupon in the past for one of our clubs.

Q:

is there a minimum age? my daughter is 16 and i would like to buy her one.

Alix  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

Hi there, age restrictions vary depending on the location you choose. Just to be sure, I may suggest phoning the club you are thinking of having your daughter join, prior to purchasing the Groupon. She shouldn't have any trouble at age 16, but may need your signed consent.

A:

Yes you sure can!

Q:

I was a past member of fitness world, over 1 year ago. Can I buy this voucher? Also I was given a free 8 -day trial pass for the club. If I use the trial pass will this groupon still be valid? Finally, If I decide to join after using this groupon, are the initial enrollment fees waived? I assume they will be as they should be included in the $150 value that this groupon is valued at. Thanks for the clarification.

Siegfried B.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

Hi there, yes - you can use the Groupon if you've already used an 8 day free trial pass. I do not believe the enrollment fees would be waived if you choose to join after your Groupon has expired, but I would recommend inquiring with your membership consultant when activating your Groupon in-club.

Q:

Hello! I have never been a member at Steve Nash Sports Club but interested in getting this groupon to use the indoor tennis courts in Richmond. If my partner has been a member before, how would guest passes work? What are the options? Thanks!

ovey y.  asked on  Jul 18, 2012

A:

Hi there, with your Groupon you may use the Richmond tennis facility however there would be an additional fee to play.
