Had to get additional pet service because I have a dog. A day later the carpet smells and looks wonderful. They were even able to soften a spot where someone once spilled paint. Pic is where the crusty paint spot was that I had not been able to improve after countless tries with my home carpet cleaner. Great job!

Marco and his associate did an excellent cleaning job on my carpets. My carpets were just plain filthy, and I had thought about just replacing them. Now they look brand new. It's like magic, and they did both rooms in less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely use Steven's Chemdry again, and recommend them to all my neighbors!

Great service and team. Needed a move-out carpet cleaning plus pet urine spot cleaning. I called the company when I wanted to schedule to ask about adding a pet urine spot treatment in addition to this Groupon and it was scheduled for a few days before. The technician came out, looked at the area with the blue light, and gave me his estimate. I paid the amount and the spot treatment was taken care of. The spot treatment had to work its magic for a few days and then he returned to do the cleaning. The carpets look immaculate and brand new and I highly recommend this company for its carpet cleaning expertise. I read reviews for several carpet cleaning companies before I purchased this Groupon because I wanted to find the best company for cleaning pet urine and stains in general and this company was, by far, the best overall. Highly recommended! Also, Marco was very friendly and personable and was easy to work with.
