Purchased suv elite int/ext detail w/ ceramic coating. While detailer Kevin's a great guy it's misleading to advertise this at $500. Ext wise, while tires got a shine treatment the rims didn't get cleaned or polished. Faded moldings & door jams not treated. Ceramic spray not oil. Int wise, carpets left soaked not extracted. At best, this $500 value'a on par w/ a gas station detailer charging $200.

Not worth a nickel! Very dissatisfied with the work quality and the service. They charged me $200 extra because my car is old. They left a lot of dirty spots both inside and out side. The guy who pick up the phone for and appointment is very unfriendly.

Absolutely not true yes, the vehicle was old, but it had so much rock pits in the paint was so faded and scratchy interior was stained. She knew everything upfront before she brought the vehicle.
