This is the second time I've ordered these Letter Arts for a gift--as a unique house warming present and a wedding present. I think they're super! The quality is excellent and delivery is fast and right on schedule. Two years ago when I ordered the first one, I didn't have to pay shipping, though. Last month the shipping was about $20 which adds a significant amount to the cost of the gift.
