About Stolle Bakery
Though it's located smack dab in NYC, Stolle Bakery recreates the welcoming vibe of its original location in St. Petersburg, Russia, with a menu of Eastern European pies and decor inspired by the late 19th century. Visitors can sit on richly upholstered dining chairs or tufted booths as they sample savory pies stuffed with rabbit and mushroom, cabbage, chicken and broccoli, and other traditional recipes. Or they can opt for a sweet pie, such as black currant or other fruit varieties. While pies are the star of the menu, Stolle also whips up Russian-inspired soups, salads, and other entrees, and it keeps a stocked bar for nightcaps or evening cocktails.
