Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

What is a pendant light? Does this involve 2 separate classes or both intro and pendant light in 1 day?

A:

Thank you for your question and in advance I apoligize for any confusion. You will make both pieces in thew same class. Once they are made they will have to cook in the oven here at the studio at 925 degrees overnight. Your first piece is a drinking glass. You will learn the basic skills needed to make the pendent light. A pendent light is a larger version of the drinking glass, just turned upside down, drilled and wired for a light. We drill the hole and you wire the light. If you want us to wire the light there is an additional charge. Smart students who take this class make the first piece as a small light to match the larger one. That way they have a two light grouping.
