The thing that makes me happy is that I am called at a low point in most customers' lives, when they are worried about ... their plumbing issue, and almost like a doctor I get to go in and fix the issue and make life a little better for the customer.

I had a customer tell me that I had restored her faith that there was still honest hard-working service providers out there.
