Q:

the Groupon deal says that the Art Museum area is an option, but I do not see it as I am filling out the Stray Boots fields.

laura c.  asked on  Feb 12, 2013

A:

There are a couple outdated challenges in the Art Museum currently so we've taken it down to update the zone. It should be back on the website soon for you to play!

Q:

This deal says we must use the promotional value in one visit. If we are buying the option of "all zones," is it possible to complete them all in one day?? If they all take 2-3 hours, that seems like a lot to do in one visit.

Melissa E.  asked on  Feb 10, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. You cannot split up one zone over multiple days.

Q:

Any chance you'll offer again on Groupon in a few months? This offer expires in 90 days & I won't be available to try Stray Boots before June. I definitely would like to try it because on weekends I am a tour guide for Mural Arts of Philadelphia always looking for other interesting & fun things to do in the city to recommend to our customers. Our busy tourist months are June/July/Aug. -Mary Jo

Q:

Do you provide group adventures? What would the cost be per person for a group of 20 to 50 people? Thanks, Lynn lynnratmansky@gmail.com

Lynn R.  asked on  Feb 9, 2013

A:

Hi Lynn, We do, but unfortunately not through these promotions. If you're interested, please email us through our website, and we'll get back to you right away by phone or email. Hope this helps and sorry for the extra work! Avi

Q:

About how much walking distance is involved? Just making sure everyone interested would be up to it.

Pamela K.  asked on  Feb 9, 2013

A:

Hi Pamela, The tours are all about 1-1.5 miles. Over the course of a couple hours it's not so much ground to cover, but everyone's tolerance level, is obviously different. Hope this helps, Avi

Q:

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

Megan R.  asked on  Feb 9, 2013

A:

Hi Megan, Unfortunately, all stops along the way are not wheelchair accessible. If you want to try it, you can give it a try and skip any clues that are not accessible. You will be able to get much of the experience but not the whole thing. Sorry that's the best answer we have. Hope this helps, Avi

Q:

Is this appropriate for children also?

Pamela H.  asked on  Feb 9, 2013

A:

Hi Pamela, It is appropriate for kids. We generally recommend for children ages 8 and above, as the clues are designed for adults. There is nothing inappropriate, but kids who are younger than that may feel the game is a little over their head. Hope this helps, Avi
