I would recommend Stretch U to anyone who wants to better their healthy by gaining flexibility. I have a desk job and being in a sitting position for 8 to 9 hours or more each day has taken a toll on my health. Austin was my Stretch U therapist for my first visit and he worked with me on my health needs and setting healthy goals. I was very pleased with my first Stretch U session. Austin was very informative and really took an interest with my health needs. I plan to purchase the $250 Unlimited Visit (per month) package with a 3 month commitment. This is exactly the Stretch U package I need to achieve my optimum health.

About Stretch U

The athletic trainers at Stretch U work to improve athletic performance with a special, noninvasive stretching technique. This technique, called the Carey stretch, is designed to remove pressure from the body’s network of nerves. Their premise is simple: when nerves are pinched by tight muscles and tendons, they can’t fire off signals as efficiently. By stretching these muscles and tendons, the team can boost athletic performance and increase range of motion in people of virtually all ages.
