Soles, unlike souls, are often stood upon at bus stops and incapable of being traded in for World Series wins. Protect your paws with today’s Groupon to Stride, located in Palo Alto. Choose between the following options:

  • For $49, you get a monthly foot revival (a $105 value).
  • For $99, you get an annual foot revival (a $245 value).

Stride founder Dr. Brynn H. Ewen specializes in tending to stressed soles and tangled toenails to help increase the health of feet and quality of life. Stride’s foot revival treatments focus on personalized, therapeutic kickstand care administered in a safe, sterile, and private environment by licensed technicians. The monthly foot revival tickles toes with a nail and cuticle trimming and shaping, a mineral soak, and a callus removal. Feet and legs are then massaged and sung traditional foot-centric lullabies, while toenails are brightened, tootsies are exfoliated and moisturized with a mask, and nails are given the difficult choice of being buffed or polished. The amped-up annual foot revival includes all of the above, but adds a dash of toenail whitening, a sprinkle of glycolic-acid peeling agent to help skin turn over a new leaf, an extensive callus removal, and a pinch of medical-grade hydrating cream that will bring desperately dry feet to their knees.

To avoid infection congregation and bacteria family barbeques, Stride only uses instruments that are made of surgical-grade stainless steel and steam-sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave. Each bipedal patron receives their own nail files and buffers to prevent cross-contamination, and is treated in a private, spa-like room. Book appointments online.

Customer Reviews

The facility itself is beautiful with soft gray walls and purple accessories. It's a very relaxing environment--large, clean, uncluttered, with just the right amount of light (I have very sensitive light blue eyes). Annie is a real professional with a charming personality as well.
