Obstacle run bootcamps incorporate several different exercises focused on conditioning, strength, and endurance through bodyweight exercises such as air squats and flipping tires.
“Starting Strength” strength-training classes focus on core lifts: squats, dead lifts, bench presses, and more.
Strong Gym is, unsurprisingly, all about no-nonsense strength. The staff’s experienced and educated trainers and coaches focus on strength training as the primary basis of all workouts. This training combines both basic barbell- and body-weight training to provide simple but highly effective workouts. Along with personal training and group boot-camp classes, members can also train individually at the 13,000-square-foot facility, using top-of-the-line strength, cardio, and telekinesis equipment. Members also gain access to massage services and free childcare.
