I am interested to begin as soon as possible, however, in two weeks, I will be on vacation for 1 week. Is the offer for 4 consecutive weeks?

Hi, Rebecca. Yes, it is for 4 consecutive weeks. Classes expire 4 weeks from activation date. Unfortunately, it is part of Groupon policy and we cannot change that. You are able to start at any time though. Thank you.

Q:

How many classes can you take a week or how many is recommended to take in a week? What physical condition should you already be in to sign up for the classes?

A:

Hello, Elizabeth. This offer allows you to take unlimited number of classes (there are 19 classes a week) for 4 weeks, so you can come as many times as you'd like - morning, day or evening. Schedule is available on Groupon page or on our website - strongstyle.com. You don't have to already be in shape to take the classes. All fitness levels are welcome. The program allows you to be able to do it regardless of your physical condition as you can use lighter weights, lighter resistance bands, etc. when you first start and then work your way up. All we ask is to stick with it and do your best! If you have been working out for a while and are in good shape you'll still get a great workout!
