Q:

1: is a membership a prerequisite (sp) to this offer? 2. as the Saturday classes fit my work schedule, would I be able to attend for 10 Saturdays? thank you. kathi

Kathi P.  asked on  Aug 7, 2012

A:

Hi Kathi, We don't have "memberships". Our clients purchase packages of classes and they use the classes up by the expiration. You have to activate the Groupon by Feb. 6th and once you activate, you have 1 year to complete all 10 or 20 classes. Once you purchase the Grouon, go to our website (www.strongtowerpilates.com) and go to the "get started" page. Once there, click the link that says "click here to set up your account (or something like that) and you'll be able to schedule yourself for the classes you want. If the class is full, sign up on the wait list and if someone cancels, you'll be sent an email to let you know that you got into the class. Please remember that we have a 24HR cancellation policy for all classes. Thank you!

Q:

I have fibromyaglia and have been having a hard time with it. I stopped working out a year and a half ago when I had a terrible flare that put me on my back for a month, I was doing body pump. I am interested in the yoga classes. How many times a week are they and at what time.I work and I am usually exhausted when I walk out of the school!

melodie m.  asked on  Aug 6, 2012

A:

Hi Melodie, I'm so sorry to hear that you're suffering with fibromyalgia. I've taught many clients with this disorder and it's important that you don't "over" work or exhaust your muscles. This can be difficult in a group setting and my first recommendation would be for you to take private sessions. Please call the studio tomorrow so we can discuss some options for you. 678-324-8580 Thank you so much for your inquiry!

Q:

hello, I have always been intrigued by the Pilates concept. However, I have never done it before and only work out at the gym occasionally these days. In the past, I was a daily cardio, weights gal so I know my core is there somewhere! I am just now getting back into a fitness regime. Which program would you recommend I try? Also, please let me know if you need any information from me. Thanks!

A:

I recommend you try both the mat and cardio sculpt classes! You may mix and match all three types of classes. Please let me know if you have any more questions, or call us at the studio: 678-324-8580. We look forward to meeting you :)
