What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
​Since 1992, I have coached celebrities, athletes, top executives, the elderly, the disabled and anyone else with a strong desire to be their best. ​I facilitate sustainable healthy lifestyles, and help the community thrive ​through teaching methods that support BODY and MIND.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I have integrity and care for my clients as if they are my family, in a kind, respectful and appreciative manner. Positive encouragement and team spirit are my main motivational tools. I will be by your side to coach you, guide you in the right direction, and give you any support you need.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
From 1985-1991, I competed throughout Europe in Combat Savate. From 1991-1994, I trained in Dutch style kickboxing. ​In 1992 I became a certified trainer and in 1994, I moved to the US where I continued training in judo, wing chung kung-fu and muay thai. Martial arts and fitness gave me a purpose.

What do you love most about your job?
My clients are usually surprised how quickly positive changes can take place and usually over the course of a few sessions they learn a different way of thinking about their lives, their problems and how to focus on their solutions. I love working with clients and seeing them discover their success.
