What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? My salon offers haircuts, color, highlights, ombré, ably age and up dos for weddings and formal occasions. I only use high quality professional products, and I constantly educate myself with current trends and styles.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I grew up spending summers with my grandmother in her salon. I was always fascinated by the creativity of being a cosmetologist and the ability to create a new look with each client. I have kept that passion all these years and truly love what I do.
What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my passion is the joy I see in my clients faces’ every time I finish their look—plus the desire to constantly educate myself on current looks and products to better serve clients.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The most common reaction is a big smile and a hug, but my best by far is when I turn the chair around and they are overcome with joyful tears. When I turn the chair around and they are thrilled.
