We will not be checking ID's. You will be fine to make the purchase. We would love to be a part of your senior pics - even if it is a little late.

Q:

Do I get a CD of images with this special?

Kelly Q.  asked on  Jul 3, 2012

A:

Great question! In the past, Photographers would give people that shot with them a CD of images after their shoot. This was time consuming, costly and the images generally were not touched up. We have joined the 21st century and made this whole process easier. I think the real question is, "Do I get digital images that I can use for email, facebook, etc." The answer to this question is YES. We have created a very consumer friendly approach to digital images. You will be given full instructions (written handout) at your session. We will have two separate websites were you can find your digital images posted. One is what we call our "Pass" website. You will have your own folder and have the ability to share this link with friends and family. On this website, you can see a full slideshow of all of the images taken during your session. You can "Share" any of the images to your facebook page and it creates a copy of the image on facebook with the ability to do the slideshow right on your facebook page. Friends and families love this option. From the Pass site, you can also choose your Favorite images. We ask that you pick your 4 favorite images and "Star" them within a couple of days of your shoot. We then will use "Touch up" these four images for you to order your print package, books, mugs, additional prints or anything else. The second website your pictures will be listed on is our Proofs site. Your pictures will appear under your own personal link, and this link can also be shared with friends and family (their is an option to share the pictures here to facebook, twitter or email, but you lose the slideshow option from the Pass site). At this site, you can purchase additional prints and products. We will have the four images you chose in a special section and you can download the images straight to your computer (no need for the hassle of a CD). You can get additional images for download and retouched. The price for retouching additional images is only $10 each and you will receive these as a Low Resolution Digital Download. If you purchase $25 or more on any other image in prints and products, we will throw the retouching in for free.

Q:

The "Fine Print" says indoor only, in contrast to the rest of the description which suggests indoor and outdoor shoots. Which is correct; are the photos taken only in-doors? It also sounds as if it is a group shoot with other individuals having their pictures taken at the same time; is this correct?

Rosemary J.  asked on  Jul 3, 2012

A:

Good catch on the "fine print" - the shoots are NOT limited to indoor studio shoots (except when weather keeps us from shooting outside and in this case, you are welcome to reschedule your shoot). This is a Group shoot style setting. We have done these shoots for over a year and they are very fun and bring out the best for the teens. Most individuals that have done this style shoot with us, come back to repeat the experience. Some schedule every time we have a shoot. Your teen will get individual treatment and attention. It is a VERY organized event, in which we will have photographers in 4-6 stations (depending on the number of people signed up for the session) and we will also shoot outdoors. We limit the number of participants in each session to allow the maximum amount of time that each person has to shoot. This style of setting allows for very creative pictures and different styles from different photographers. It also allows the teen to participate with others in a relaxed environment. We encourage GROUPS of friends to make purchases and we can schedule them together. We do allow friends to shoot in some of the pictures together or some of the pictures as a group. They will then receive individual and group pictures.

Q:

How do I add on the hair and makeup package to the groupon? for $10 each.. also..this expires next year, correct..?So I can use this for my daughter who will be a junior this semester and get her senior pics next may or june?

Stacie B.  asked on  Jul 3, 2012

A:

A couple of very good questions. 1) If you would like to have hair and make-up professionally done, you let us know at the time of scheduling the shoot. The shoots will take place on designated days in each month, throughout the year. The shoots typically are scheduled on Sundays to all more people to participate. We have found that Sunday is the easiest day for most people. There will be some scheduled days that are NOT on Sunday. If you check back to the website, we keep an updated list of available dates. You can schedule morning or afternoon sessions. AFter you have decided on a session date and time - when you email or call in to schedule your time - we will discuss hair and make-up options. These are paid on in person, on the day of your session. 2) These are indeed good for one year, so it is PERFECT for your High School Junior. Though we encourage this to be used for Senior Pictures, we do not have any way to tell if a student is a Senior or not, so we simply say that the shoots are limited to students between the ages of 14-19 yrs old.

Q:

Can we use this package as a couple?

Jackie W.  asked on  Jul 3, 2012

A:

Unfortunately, this package is limited to individuals. Though we would allow students that are not graduated to participate in the shoot - the individual should be school-aged (between 14-19 yrs old). This eliminates shooting as a couple. If both individuals had the package - we WOULD shoot two or more people in pictures if they both scheduled their session on the same day, at the same time. This is important, because we encourage GROUPS of friends to make a purchase and come to the session as a GROUP. You will get to take both individual and GROUP pictures in this case.
