There are so many things to appreciate about this studio. They are so friendly, available to answer questions, and supportive in your fitness journey. The studio is super clean and they have protective "pods" to keep you safe during Covid if you want an in studio experience. If not, you can follow along at home on live stream classes.

Loved it! I haven’t worked out in too long and was really anxious about doing something different. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Class was really challenging, but I did ok, and when I had to rest, I never felt awkward or judged. I will be going back.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Our barre{tenders} are highly trained to give personal attention to each and every client. Our upbeat, popular music motivates the clients through each section of class. Our barre{tenders} are constantly changing up the class routine so that no client will ever receive the same class twice.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
When working out on your own it can become boring, repetitive and not motivational. Instead, by working out in this group setting you will target muscles in your body you didn’t even know you had while being motivated by highly trained instructors.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
In addition to barre classes we offer an upscale and chic fitness apparel boutique. Clients can enjoy our complimentary coffee bar after class, while mingling with their barre buddies.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
Studio Barre aims to help students develop long, lean, dancer-like bodies using small, isolated and low-impact movements in each of the muscle groups. Clients of all fitness abilities can participate and will see results quickly.
