Does your facility provide low impact training for those with limitations . i am wanting to treadmill and upper body weight training.. due to arthritic hips , knees and wanting to loose weight, maintain strength and musle tone. i am otherwise a youthful 63 yr old. woman... in need of some tlc training and reach level of fitness to provide me better quality of life.. thank you for taking my question, i will stand by for direction. if your studio perhaps not compatible to my needs. what or where would you recommend.. i live in the Windsor East Area..
