About This Deal
We offer a wide variety of classes in our Aerial Hammocks. Classes include zero compression inversions along with creative sequences done on your mat and in the air. Students will use the aerial hammock to increase flexibility, strength and mental clarity.
Our Bounce classes allow you to get your cardio and strength training all in just 45 minutes, so you have plenty of time to slay the day! The class will be set to a curated music playlist that will be sure to motivate you to get your bounce on! The bounce classes are done on our mini bungee trampolines. *resistance bands, hand weights, and wrist/ankle weights are available to use during class. *
