Q:

if i buy tickets a head of time can i still use them even after the groupon expires? ex- if the movie comes out Nov 16th but you have the option to buy tickets in advance(say on the 14th) could I use my groupon still?

Caitlin V.  asked on  Sep 20, 2012

A:

Hi Caitlin. You would need to go in person to redeem the Groupon. It is not valid for kiosk or online purchases. So it would need to be used by November 15, 2012.

Q:

I dont see any prices on your menu. how do i know if i can afford it?

David G.  asked on  Sep 20, 2012

A:

Hi David. I'd suggest stopping by to check out the menu in person or giving them a call at 630-480-9557. They should be able to give you an idea of the price range.

Q:

It says not valid for online purchases. Does this mean I cannot purchase the tickets online using the groupon and that I would have to buy them there? If that is the case it adds a bit of complexity if you get there and the movie is sold out. Is there anyway around this?

Jesse W.  asked on  Sep 20, 2012

A:

Hi Jesse. You would need to go to the theater to redeem the Groupon. Seating would be subject to availability.

Q:

What if I would like to buy a total of 4 tickets for 2 separate visits? Do I buy 2 of them for 2 people or can I buy 1 for 4 tickets? Basically, when being redeemed, if I bought one for 4 tickets and I only need to use 2, will it be valid for the other 2 later? If I need to buy separately, what is the limit or is there a limit?

J H.  asked on  Sep 18, 2012

A:

You would be welcome to buy multiple tickets in one transaction and use them at your convenience as long as each person is only using one per visit.

Q:

I bought 9 promotional tickets in past. I used all the ticket of promotion but could not use only one. Can I use this time? It was same promotion of $5. It expired on Aug. 23, 2012.

aarty  asked on  Sep 18, 2012

A:

You would be able to use an expired Groupon for the purchase price of $5 toward regular admission cost. However, it could not be combined with a new Groupon offer.

Valerie P.  asked on  Sep 18, 2012

Hi Valerie. Groupons are typically usable starting the day after purchase. However, if your Groupon has processed in your account with the bar code you would be able to use it.

Q:

Is there a limit to the number of groupons you will accept per movie showing? I.e. Could there be regular tickets available and the company not accept discounted tickets because of a cap per movie showing...

NICOLE  asked on  Sep 18, 2012

A:

Hi Nicole. Your Groupon would be equivalent to a regular admission plus a soda, and they have plenty of seating available, so that should not be a problem at all.
