A Chat with Muse Studio
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Muse is a bright, welcoming space in downtown Golden. Elizabeth has been teaching and performing in CO and Nationally since 2002, emphasizing technique, posture, strength, and flexibility. Certifications include Rachel Brice Recognized 8 Elements Phase 2: Cultivation practitioner and certified ATS teacher
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We believe that having fun while learning to dance is important. Classes remain interesting, challenging, and rewarding by building progressively each week. The studio is also a part of the downtown Golden community, where students can meet, mingle, or dance during our First Friday open house.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The passion to create and bring people together with the art of dance is at the core of the business inspiration. Elizabeth is also the founder and director of Elevation Belly Dance Festival, which brings hundreds of dancers to Golden to learn from some of the best instructors in the world.
What do you love most about your job?
My passion for teaching dance technique is only topped by the excitement of creating new productions and performance arts. I love inspiring students and seeing them transform through the strength and artistry born of disciplined, joyful practice.
