This seems like a great deal... but I tried crossfit and it was a disaster. While I was assured that the exercises and program would be adjusted for my fitness level (low) and physical shape (large), it wasn't. Instead I just felt horribly self-conscious as I was told to "just try" burpees and pull-ups. I left in tears. Does StudioFit REALLY work with people who are overweight and out-of-shape, or is it a place for people who are already in fairly decent shape or great shape to pity those of us who aren't? I love the idea of community and accountability, but I also want to go to a place where I feel comfortable and actually want to come back. Of course, you are going to say that I will be made welcome, but please be honest.... do your trainers know how to work with people who have 100+ lbs to lose? Have they been trained in that kind of workout modification and do the have the "bedside" manner so to speak to deal with that? I know I need to eat right and exercise, and I would appreciate support and suggestions. Not lectures. Thanks!

Due to the specificity of your question, please contact StudioFIT directly. Phone numbers for each location are listed on the deal page. Hopefully you find a class that works for you!
