It was initially scheduled one day in advance, and then cancelled by Izzy 30 mins before my appointment. Secondly, they do not know how to cut short hairs. An apprentice initially cut my wife’s hair, after realizing she may have messed up, then another stylist came to help and finished the job. Compared with Great Clips, I don’t see anything special… Unfortunately, it was not a good deal.

I’m sorry to hear this is your experience. I do recall all three stylist being confused on what the initial end goal was. We tried asking questions to help us all understand your desired cut. I apologize for the lack of communication during this but this was not intentional by us. We did try to satisfy you to the best we could with what you were trying to describe
