45 minutes to an hour long. Depending on the severness of the damage of your skin the better the results. It reduces the appearance of fine lines and the light therapy plumps skin and reduces the fines as well. You should do it once a week or once every two weeks. The results are amazing! I gave been doing this treatment for years.
