About Styner Sports Training

Drawing on their own experience as competitive athletes, the coaches at Styner Sports Training lead students through sports-specific workouts as well as general fitness classes. The center's comprehensive, well-rounded approach benefits members of all persuasions, whether their goal is to lose weight or take their game to the next level.

So, how do the coaches tailor their program to such diverse goals? By incorporating strength-training and cardio exercises that develop universally applicable skills such as power, speed, flexibility, stamina, and agility. During group classes, students may entertain weightlifting exercises such as squats, dead-lifts, or push-presses or swing kettlebells, heft medicine balls, and sprint across the artificial turf—it's hard to say what each class has in store, as the workout changes daily.
