We have dance experience and wonder if this is too basic. Do you teach a new step each class . Is there any review. Just not sure if we would fit in. Is it good for seniors.

Hi Vicky, The way the night is set out every week is: 745 a drop in Lesson for beginners. 830 - 11pm is the Dance. The lesson is the basic foot work for everyone every week. After that the instructor's bring in a new move. Most times there are many new moves. Most beginners do these drop in lessons from 6 months to a year. The lessons are optional and if you just want to dance you can. The lessons are educational every time you come out. There are more advanced workshops available from time to time as well. Seniors do come out as this is an all ages place. the average age is 25 years old but there are a handful of dancers that are over 40 -60 years old as well. On occasion there are seniors at the hall. There are over 100 regular dancers per week. We are trying to encourage the older crowd to join in on the fun and enjoy the music!
