What You'll Get
Golf etiquette dictates that players should never interrupt a game in progress or drive a golf cart across the greens without first blowing a foghorn to signal oncoming traffic. Master the links' subtleties with today's Groupon at Sugar Grove Golf Center. Choose between the following options:
- For $20, you get five 30-minute junior golf lessons from Ed Hildebrand (a $40 value).
- For $49, you get five one-hour adult golf lessons from Ed Hildebrand (a $99 value).
Certified by the United States Golf Teachers Federation, instructor Ed Hildebrand assists aspiring club wielders in reaching their goals on the green. The junior basics course teaches petite putters, ages 5–12, swing fundamentals, short-game techniques, rules, and how best to coordinate plaid pants with argyle socks. Intermediate juniors can hone their skills to improve ball flight and distance, as well as shot consistency. Hildebrand guides grown-up golfers through the nuances of full swing, chipping, and interpretive birdie dance during easy-to-follow beginner courses, whereas intermediate adult swingers refine technique and skill, making for more consistent all-around performance.
Each of Hildebrand’s courses bolsters game play in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere far removed from the stressful competition that plagues recreational bowling leagues and saltwater-crocodile wrestling. A full lesson schedule is available here.
