They were so rude! I would never recommend this to anyone! Initially, i made arabgements with them for a 2-hour photo booth for my son's 2nd birthday 7-months prior and they were agreeable. At the last minute, something came up, and they don't know how to make back-up plans. Regardless of the distance of where they are coming from, they should have kept ther commitment of the the allotted and not back-out at the last minute. The plans that I put together for my son's 2nd birthday was all messed up. I need a refund for my purchased Groupon. I am so dismayed with what happened.

I have a pending complaint through Groupon as this vendor called the evening before our fundraiser demanding more money on top of the Groupon price. She said she was losing money by doing it for the Groupon price and wanted $400 or she would not show up.
