I had the most amazing first-time sugar waxing experience with Karla, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so warm, welcoming, and super sweet—it instantly put me at ease and set such a positive tone for the whole visit. The entire place is adorable, the rooms are spotless, and it has such a cozy, home-like vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away.
Karla herself was absolutely incredible. Since it was my first time, she was extremely understanding and went completely at my pace. She never rushed through the service or made me feel bad about the pain—she was kind, gentle, and checked in with me throughout. Her calm, personable energy truly made the experience 10 times better and helped me relax during something I was initially nervous about.
I have very sensitive skin, so I was worried about irritation, but I left so impressed. My skin felt smooth, soft, and completely non-irritated, which made me even more confident in both Karla’s skill and the products used.
Another thing I absolutely loved is that they sell homemade exfoliating soaps—and for every one you buy, they donate another to a women’s shelter. That small but powerful gesture really shows how much they care about giving back to the community, which made me appreciate supporting them even more.
