Remember the ice cream sundae you use to make as a kid ? This is like that but with booze! This is fun interactive event that allows you “to have your drink but eat it too! “

Upon arrival, you would be greeted by your host,  Chef/Dessertender Teasha Chestnut who is an expert at allowing you to “have your drink but eat it too!” After a brief introduction and some safety guidelines, you would get started on the fun part: making your own ice cream sundae infused with alcohol!

Your host would provide you with all the necessary ingredients and tools, including a variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and different types of alcohol to choose from. You could experiment with different combinations until you find the perfect flavor and texture for your sundae. The  following alcohol infused ice cream will be available 

Vanilla with Rumchata

Chocolate with Spiced Rum

Strawberry with strawberry tequila

 This event is also BYOB so feel free to bring whatever else you feel want to mix in!

Once you have selected your ingredients, you would be guided through the process of making the ice cream sundae. You would start by scooping your preferred boozy ice cream flavor into a bowl. Next, you would top your sundae with a range of delicious toppings, such as alcohol infused whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, nuts, sprinkles, and fresh fruit.

Throughout the experience, your host would provide tips and tricks on how to make the perfect ice cream sundae, and you would have the opportunity to ask questions and get personalized advice. You would also get to enjoy your creation at the end of the experience, savoring the delicious flavors of your homemade boozy dessert and mini e-booklet that will include recipes on how to make your alcohol infused ice cream at home!

Water and light refreshment will be served. 

Also Classes take place on Sundays at local event space.
