Despite their aesthetic charm, vibrant coloration, and radial symmetry, oranges will never be able to style their own hair. Today's Groupon celebrates your humanity through your hair. For $45, you get a washing, styling, and hair coloring at Suissa Salon in McLean, a $95 value.
Suissa Salon has been crafting individual head fashions for more than 20 years through the skilled hands of talented stylists. Just as ceilings grow bored staring at the same drab floor all day, fedoras and foam cheese-wedge hats become irate when faced with the same follicles day in and day out; trick them with hair coloring and a creative new 'do. Start off your transformation with the luxurious lathering of a warm shampoo treatment. Then a series of fancy maneuvers motivated by your own unique follicle vision fancify mere hair into a slick 'do for any occasion on the town, in the town, or casually circumnavigating the town before the admiring eyes of others.
Because confident hair deserves to boldly express itself in color instead of drab black and white, Suissa's stylists will then deliver a single-process color treatment. They will subtly lighten or darken your current hair color, just like judiciously adding more coffee to your cream. Choose your own color by mentally juxtaposing various hues with the flavors in your wardrobe to best augment any fashion sense with a complete vision from head to toe. When it comes to redefining the way others see you, a hair makeover is clearer than alternating color contact lenses and more socially accepted than wearing a fashion eye-patch.
Six Yelpers give Suissa Salon 3.5 stars:
- I...have not had one single moment of "if only she did...". What a steal! I get my hair trimmed and blow dried…Lovely lady, good price and she has the best hours for us working women! – Soumeya B., Yelp
Current owner Flora Suissa and the founders of Suissa Salon trained in Paris and Montreal before opening their first salon in 1970 in the US. They took what they learned in the City of Light and the Province of Poutine, and created their own brand of salons. It was only a matter of time before their style shops grew into myriad locations.
Today, Suissa features a roster of talented stylists, aestheticians, and nail artists. Armed with talent and products, stylists deliver haircuts, coloring, and keratin treatments that discipline frizzy and static-addicted hair. They also offer weft tape extensions and hijab services, offered in private suites. Suissa's stylists pride themselves on their versatility, which means they're familiar with a large and diverse client base and are adept at working with clients of all ethnicities and a wide range of hair types.
