How many times per week is recommended & for how long?

The frequency of your visits depends on what you are looking to accomplish with your sessions. We recomment at least 3 times in the first week to get a good jump start on detoxification, weight loss and skin clarity. Pain management, muscle recovery and injury recovery are more personal and it's hard to know how each individuals body will respond to the sessions. It is perfectly safe to come in every day to get full use of your groupon, just pay attention to your body and stay hydrated. Reducing sessions to 1-2 times per week afterwards is common.
