Inside a balmy 104-degree studio, students of all skill levels follow attentive instructors though 75-minute flowing yoga classes. During classes seven days a week, pupils explore an integrated style of yoga inspired by both Bikram and Ashtanga power-flow traditions. Sumit's beginners hot-yoga practice leads newbies through a sequence of balancing and energizing physical postures, called asanas, set to motivating music.
