Summit House Grill and Tap
The chefs at Summit House make as many of their offerings from scratch as possible, from the tortilla chips in the nachos to the sweet-chili dressing on the ahi tuna salad. They also take particular care with their meats. They carefully sear hand-cut steaks, which are made from antibiotic- and hormone-free beef raised in Greeley. And they grind up Angus burgers by hand, never by feet, and smoke pork in-house over hardwood chips for at least 14 hours. Equal devotion is shown to the beer list—Summit House has curated a Colorado-only selection that includes brews from Renegade, Golden City, and Great Divide.
