The recipe for any TRX suspension training workout is equal parts gravity and bodyweight, though it also helps to have an experienced trainer. At Summit Strength & Conditioning, the trainers who lead the group workouts have certifications from TRX, MSPE, ACE, ACSM, or AAAI. In addition to TRX workouts, they schedule sports training sessions for high-school athletes and personal-training sessions for clients who want to jumpstart their fitness routine but don't know where on the dumbbell to place the jumper cable.
Had my first TRX class at this place today. Jeff was great. Staff is very friendly! A hard 1 hour workout. I'm excited to go back again! Bring water and a towel. You will sweat and have fun!

If you want a serious no B.S work out, this is it. If your wanting to sweat and be sore and get a solid good workout, this is the place to go. Trainer Jeff is a very knowledgeable guy, and can give you a great workout no matter what level your at. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for all.
